This sauce is our interpretation of a century-old Louisiana pepper sauce tradition, a recipe generously shared in 1997 by an old Cajun friend, Rush Biossat of Maurepas, Louisiana, during an unforgettable evening at the Crescent City Brewhouse on Decatur Street in New Orleans. Rooted in friendship, history, and the culture of the bayou, this recipe carries the spirit of Louisiana in every bottle.
