Ray Greene—better known as Ole Ray—is a proud member of the National Barbecue Association and a certified judge with the Kansas City Barbeque Society. From Northern Florida and Southern Georgia roots to years spent living in California and Ohio, Ray has experienced regional barbecue at its source.
He and his wife Susan travel nationwide demonstrating and delivering his sauces, sharing hands-on knowledge from backyard grills to competition circuits.
