Ray Greene—better known as Ole Ray—is a proud member of the National Barbecue Association and a certified judge with the Kansas City Barbeque Society. Raised in Northern Florida and Southern Georgia, and seasoned by time spent in California and Ohio, Ray has tasted barbecue from every major region in the country.
After years of eating great ‘cue nationwide, he decided he wanted better balance, better flavor, and better versatility. So he built it himself.
Ray and his wife Susan travel across the U.S. demonstrating his sauces, bringing pitmaster expertise and hands-on passion straight to backyard grills and competition smokers alike.
