This sauce is our bold interpretation of a century-old Louisiana pepper sauce tradition, a recipe generously shared in 1997 by an old Cajun friend, Rush Biossat of Maurepas, Louisiana, during an unforgettable evening at the Crescent City Brewhouse on Decatur Street in New Orleans. Rooted in friendship, culture, and respect for tradition, this sauce carries the soul of Louisiana with every drop.
