Marie Sharp's Green Habanero Hot Sauce with Prickly Pears 5 fl.oz.
Hottest Fuckin' Hot Sauce Mini
A travel size of the original. We warned you. This is a serious fuckin' hot sauce. That's right we said it-- because we had to. There is no other way to describe just how hot this sauce is. I suppose we could have said, it is like the fiery depths of hell or that it is ass-burning and even keep away from pets or small children and avoid contact with sensitive areas.
The habanero gods have smiled on Half Moon Bay, and the result is Iguana Gold, a medium-hot, deliciously tangy habanero and mustard-based Bajan-West Indian-style pepper sauce. Fresh onion, garlic, carrot, cucumber, mustard and aromatic spices help tone down the heat a little on this complex habanero blend to give it a higher-than-typical “utility rate” – in other words, it's good on almost everything. This “down island” pepper sauce features seductive flavor that will keep home chefs and connoisseurs alike coming back for more. Our mascot Iggy couldn't agree more
Ingredients: Cayenne Peppers, Cane Sugar, Vinegar, Carrots, Salt, Onions, Cucumbers, Habanero Peppers, Corn Starch, Mustard, Cumin and Other Spices, Garlic, and Ascorbic Acid.
Here at the Bay, we think hot sauce should never be gratuitously hot, forsaking flavor. (We've all been there.) That's why we created Iguana Mean Green Jalapeño Pepper Sauce, which features a very delicate balance between the moderate heat of the jalapeño pepper and its unique, fresh, "grassy" flavor. Hot n' tasty is where it's at: the first wave of flavor here is the fabulous onion, garlic and jalapeño blend, followed a few seconds into the wave with a perfect dose of jalapeño heat. Iguana Mean Green rules in all seafood, chicken and pork dishes, not to mention eggs, beans and rice, soups, chili and in marinades for the grill.
Ingredients: Jalapeno Peppers, Vinegar, Carrots, Sugar, Onions,Corn Starch, Salt, Garlic, and Ascorbic Acid.
So you like it hot, do you? A full 50% hotter than our Iguana XXX, this blistering blend of “top secret” hot peppers, with a total pepper content of 65%, is definitely not for the faint of heart. In fact, this sauce is pretty much as hot as we think can be tolerated by any sort of reasonably sane person. And as for those artificial pepper-extract sauces, we say “Stop the insanity!” We've crafted Iguana Radioactive from fresh, natural ingredients in a kitchen, not a laboratory. It's a great sauce for a natural pepper high when you just feel like cutting loose and experimenting with spontaneous combustion. It's actually very tasty as well, with a bright lime, carrot, onion and garlic base. Super-naturally hot and all-natural, too.
Ingredients: Habanero, Cayenne & Tobasco Peppers, Carrots, Corn Vinegar, Onions, Lime Juice, Tomato Paste, Salt, Garlic, and Ascorbic Acid.

Matouk's Calypso Sauce Hot Sauce (10 FL.OZ. / 300 ml): One of my favorites due to it's truly unique flavor which is inspired by the rhythm of the Caribbean music. Calypso rhythms can be traced back to the arrival of the first African slaves brought to work in the sugar plantations of Trinidad. Forbidden to talk to each other, and robbed of all links to family and home, the African slaves began to sing songs. They used calypso, which can be traced back to West African kaiso, as a means of communication and to mock the slave masters. These songs helped to unite the slaves and so engrained a rich culture and tradition amongst the people of the Caribbean. Ingredients: Aged Pickled Scotch Bonnet Peppers, Water, Salt, Modified Corn Starch, Vinegar, Onion Powder, Mustard, Potassium Sorbate, Soybean Oil, Spices, Xanthan Gum, and Colour.
